Well done to all the children who took part in the Cross Country Championships in Roscommon today. Competition was fierce with over 1,000 pupils participating in 1,000m & 1,200m races.
Massive congratulations go to our 3rd and 4th Class Girls’ team who were placed 1st in their category and to our 5th and 6th Girls’ Team who were placed Third in their category!
Special congratulations go to Sophie Burke, Emilia Kenny, Ewan Devine and Sarah Neary who each finished in the first twelve in their respective races.
An amazing achievement in such a large group!
